Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 5-7 day return policy, which means you have 5 to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original, sealed packaging.
Returns are only accepted if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Requirement: Parcel Opening Video To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we have a mandatory requirement for all damage or incorrect item claims.
- You must record a clear, continuous video of the parcel opening from the moment you start opening the outer packaging.
- The video must have no cuts and no pauses.
- This video must be recorded within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- A return request will not be accepted without this unboxing video.
Return Process To start a return, you must first contact us at [Your Mossime Email Address] with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- The mandatory, uncut parcel opening video.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition and the video provided.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mossime.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Used Products: Any item that has been opened or used, or where the seal is broken, cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and confirmed via the unboxing video. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mossime.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
